Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide.

If you have any further questions about sizing and fit, you can get in touch with us via Email or WhatsApp and a Customer Care representative will get back to you soon.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that you may change your mind about your order. At this time, once the order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, should the item(s) not work for you, you can apply for a return or an exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. We normally process the orders with 2 business days from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on destination and may take between 3-8 business days, except for major events, holidays and force majeure.

Please make sure to enter a correct address at checkout. We do not take responsibility for undelivered parcels due to an address issue or a lack of a secure delivery location. The customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping methods do you use?

For domestic orders, we use SF Express.

For international orders, we use a variety of couriers depending on availability. Couriers we use in majority cases include SF Express, DPD, UPS, and the local post services.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We offer free international shipping on orders exceeding USD 350.

For orders below USD 350, a flat shipping fee of HK$ 196 (US$ 25) will be applied at checkout.

Please note, all international order are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Do I have to pay duty and import taxes?

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means tax and duty will be charged upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country.

Our shipping partner will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes and refuse the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the cost of returning the shipment and any additional costs incurred by Maison Muguet to you.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept returns of items in their original unused condition. Please note that eligible items will only be accepted for store credit or exchange; no refunds will be issued. You are responsible for the cost of any shipping fees associated with your return.

Return Process

  1. Email hello@themaisonmuguet.com to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the parcel. We will reply to your return request with a confirmation within 1-2 business days.
  2. Ship your returned item to the following address:
    1/F, 52 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong
  3. Email us the tracking number of your return package. We will only issue credit for packages where the tracking information has been provided and delivery to our address has been confirmed.
  4. One we receive your returned item(s), we will email you to confirm whether your return was accepted. Upon confirmation, you will receive a credit note available to spend in our stores and online. If your return is rejected, you will have to bear the cost of returning the item(s) to yourself.
Can I return my purchase in store?

Yes, items can also be returned or exchanged in person at our store located at 1/F, 52 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong. All in-store returns will be issued as store credit, which can only be used in-store and are not eligible for online purchases.

Do you accept exchanges?

We accept exchanges on a case by case basis depending on stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, email us at hello@themaisonmuguet.com and we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.

Please note, you will need to bear the cost any shipping fees associated with the exchange.

What items can I return?

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, and must have all product tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to block customers suspected of "wardrobing," which involves wearing items and then returning them for credit.

What should I do if I think an item I purchased from your site is faulty?

Please email hello@themaisonmuguet.com and we’ll look into this for you.
When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item.

Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
